What the Heart Wants[]
Hayley first appears singing Hummingbird Heartbeat through the hallways of McKinley. The glee club instantly notice her and want her to join the club. She says that she'll 'think about it.' She later decides to open a kissing booth, much to Perry and Gauri's dismay.
Behind Those Eyes[]
Hayley joins the New Directions in this episode. She watches the performances of Give Me Everything (Tonight) and Irreplaceable and later takes part in Yellow.
The Grief of Acceptance[]
Hayley appears at Emma's house party early in the episode as a 'stripper girl drunk.' She then sings in Breakaway/My Happy Ending.
Live to Compete[]
Hayley has a very minor role in this episode, only appearing in various choir room meeting and with the other New Directions members at Sectionals.
